Is this a motel or a hotel?

We are a traditional motel built way before bigger, more expensive high-rise hotels were built.

The advantage which many guests love is that you'll be able to park outside your room rather than walking through multiple hallways, stairs, or an elevator to reach your vehicle.

What is your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in Time: 2 p.m.

Check-out Time: 11 a.m.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make reservations by calling us, booking through our website, or through a third-party.

What is your cancellation policy?

It depends on how you booked your room (booking directly through us vs. third party).

Our cancellation policy is 12 p.m. on the day of arrival.

By booking directly through us, you will get you the most time if plans change.

Do you offer breakfast?

We do not offer breakfast; just coffee, tea, and hot water. 

Savings from our room rates enable our guests to have a real, hot breakfast at a nearby restaurant rather than just a hotel breakfast. 


Do you have coffee in the rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not. We only provide coffee in the office along with tea and hot water.

Where is the nearest place to get breakfast?

There are quite a few places in town for breakfast. Fast food places include McDonalds and Taco Bell. Sit-down restaurants include Dennys and Perkins. All are under 2 miles.

Do your rooms have a microwave or fridge?

All rooms have standard amenities which include a microwave and fridge. There is no additional charge unlike some chain hotels.

What kind of beds do you have?

All of our rooms have Sealy Posturepedic firm beds. Our deluxe rooms feature Encore series beds while our standard rooms feature CSS series beds.

Do you have smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking per state law. Any guests that wish to smoke can step outside, closing the door, instead of walking down hallways, stairs, or an elevator to smoke like a interior-corridor hotel.

How far are you from Minneapolis/St. Paul?

We are about 20-30 minutes, depending on where you need to be.

How far are you from River Falls?

We are about 12-15 minutes, depending on where you need to be.

Do you offer special extended stay rates?

Yes, we do! Please call the hotel directly for more information.  You can even email us (please be specific as possible in terms of dates, people staying, how many nights, etc).

Do you accept pets?

Sorry, we are not pet friendly. This is due to the high-demand of our guests wanting pet-free or allergy-free rooms. Some of the chain hotels in town accept pets; call them to confirm.
